What is the proper heater hose routing for a 91 Jeep Wrangler YJ? Does the 5/8 go the 5/8 ,or the 3/4?
3/4 tube on htr.core is on top,,5/8 is below that,,3/4 on the engine comes off of the t-stat housing,5/8 goes back to the water pump. 91 YJ 4.0 engine
The Jeep dealer here in town came out with the correct answer for me. The 3/4 hose goes to the 5/8 .the 5/8 to the 3/4. Yes i know it doesnt sound right but that is the proper routing according to the diagram i was given. Thanks

direction of flow doesn't matter as long as they hook up and don't leak.
