I bought a Digital Camera for the first time and haven't been able to learn how to use it with the instruction book. Is there any internet sites that teaches beginners how to use digital Camera's?

Knowing your own camera is certainly the first step. However, handbooks these days are typically a hundred pages of options you won't use so I do understand where you're coming from.
There's various bits and pieces all over the place that can help or you'll certainly be able to find a book - type digital photography into Amazon and you'll be faced with a mountain of them.

The instruction manual which comes with a camera in the box is always the best guide for starters. Read it carefully again, there must be a step by step operation guide.
