Trace a cell phone number?

Is there a website or way to trace a cell phone number to a person's name? All I really want is their name; I don't need their address or anything else. Also, I want to do this for free. Maybe there is a website that will give you a free trial??

The first couple of answers are dead wrong. As a private investigator, we rely on cell phone traces to get a lot of information on people.

So, yes you can do a cell phone trace to find the person's name - and it isnt illegal.

This is the best option for a reverse phone number lookup https://tr.im/721a7

Receiving a one or two hang up calls each month is probably nothing to worry about, but when those calls increase in frequency and if it happens in the middle of the night then you must do something to stop it, before it starts affecting your life. With the help of this services you can take away the one advantage these people have - their anonymity.
