MP3 player question about song transfers?

How can I transfer songs from one MP3 to another MP# without erasing the song from the first MP3?

Its a voice recording that I can't get from the internet

    Don't transfer - just copy the file the same way you would any other file. Hook your player (the source of the file) to your computer, and you should then see your player in "my computer" as a removable drive. (Many players have different settings for how the player is hooked to the computer - you should choose something like "mass storage"). You can then "explore" the player's contents as you would a hard drive. Simply find the file then, choose "copy" and select your destination on your HD (or onto the other player if you can hook them both up at the same time).
