Are some of our rights in danger?

How bout it, what say you, are any of our rights constitutionally speakiing (I'm not certain of the legitimacy of that word, but oh well), or any amendments thereof threatened by the Obama, Pelosi, Reid socialist trio?

Yet you show little concern of the last president destroying the constitution. Strange way of thinking and very bias.

That's what states do: threaten and violate people's rights.

The people *have* to protect each other's rights from the state. When some of the people abandon other people, and let the state torture other people, they destroy their own freedom too.

For the record, I am a socialist, and I try to stick up for your rights.

No. The right to torture is not in the constitution.
