Obama speaks of ethics in politics as do Pelosi and Reid, yet appointing the likes of Geithner, for one example, seems to defy the conventional definition, and, are we really down to the last man standing capable of dealing with this situation out of a population of some 300 million?

If closing Gitmo is humanitarian as claimed by liberals and will define us as a nation to the world, how does appointing dishonest people (Geithner?) to high positions in is cabinet define his administration to the American public?
