Not a biologist but I can give you a few.
Genetics - the main source in modern times
Fossil Record - although not complete (and it will likely never be) there are thousands and thousands of fossils which all support the theory of evolution.
Geographical evidence - only marsupials in australia etc
Comparative anatomy - the bones of a bat wing look similar to a hand etc
