Worse Raw ending ever?

I don't use this forum much, but I had to vent about Raw tonight. Absolutely terrible. Raw has become a show for the McMahons to how tough they are. For two weeks in a row, their top heel have looked like complete cowards. First Stephanie intimidates heel #2 Jericho. And this week Shane beats up the entire legacy. Orton win the rumble on Sunday and the next day he gets his *** kicked by Shane. The entire legacy got their asses kicked. Worse booking I've ever seen. They made TNA booking look like ROH. How can we ever take Orton or Jericho seriously again. Unbeleivable. I mean freakin Stephanie Mchmahon is tougher than their two top heels. "Sigh"

Update:

And Orton started backing up when Shane came towards him. Are you kidding me. The toughest heel on raw is afraid of Shane. I love TNA, but it is terribly booked and alot of their shows are terrible. No episode of impact was ever as bad as tonight's raw

Update 2:

And if you support the ending. You obviously don't have a single clue about proper booking. You're more clueless than Vince Russo.

I gotta agree. When Shane came out, I was like, "OK...who's coming out with Shane? I know he's gotta have backup. Kane's gonna follow him, right? Shane's as tough as my 3 year old sister who's going through chemo."

And then they replayed it on ECW with that corny, "look out...it's SHANE...and he's angry. Very angry. Don't make Shane angry because you wouldn't like him when he's angry" music. *rolls eyes*

They should've dipped into the old storyline vault and had an impromptu Legacy vs. the ENTIRE Raw roster match...quick & PAINFUL.

  • If they're building up to a Shane vs. Orton match at No Way Out as it looks to be, then it was correct for Shane to get his hands on him and the rest of the Legacy. Shane would need to look legitimate against the Royal Rumble winner, especially since many of the fans don't remember his prior matches like vs. Kurt Angle at KOTR.

Orton punted Vince in the head. Shane is his son. If you punt a man in the head and then stare his revenge-minded son dead in the eye and see that rage, you're going to back up regardless.

However, Orton sold those weak punches like knockout blows when he should have just scrambled away.

Source(s): Please tell me how you can make Shane look like a credible threat to Randy without this type of ending. Granted, perhaps it could have been at a time better than the night after Orton won the Rumble, but Shane running through the Legacy is proper booking. He's furious, he's adrenaline-charged, and he's snapped. The execution wasn't right, but the idea behind it was solid. Russo booking would have been for Shane to turn on the WWE.

Did you really think Randy would be fired????? A law suit would not make for a very interesting storyline!!

I felt Randy would be keep on and punished but i have to admit i had no idea that Shane would be involved. Now.....since Shane and steph do not get along...........could this be another part of a steph / orton plot to also take shane out?

It wouldve made sense to use there power by sending like the entire Raw roster against them or some kind of Lumberjack match next week.

Yea shane whooping them kinda sucked

The followers could save complaining each and every week. i'm bored with IWC say that's the worst Pay consistent with view, Worst uncooked ever, Worst experience ever and greater others. IWC suggested standard ****. that is getting stale to assert worst coach ever. i could enjoyed this week uncooked. we've super fits and unexpected end. super E Langston had beat Alberto Del Rio sparkling. that is totally suggestions-blowing. Curtis Axel's new Paul Heyman customer, no person observed that coming. preserve vs team Hell No and Kofi Kingston became the experience of the night. Triple H had concussion. The ending became unpredictable. you're unfavourable individual.

    Storyline!!!

But not only that, if someone beat up someone I cared about (my dad's dead) but, say, my father in law, or my brother in law, ID KICK THEIR A$$ TOO!!

It was based on emotion, I'd say.

BTW, I'm in Australia, so I haven't seen the match yet.

PS: Would you want to be slapped by Steph? Man, she'd smack the taste out of your mouth!

you got that right.Shane couldn't even throw a good punch. If anyone is to blame for the bad ending it was him.If you can't fight or at least make it look like you can don't get in a ring and fight people who can.It makes you and them both look bad.
