...Offer on 07 VW Jetta...?

What offer should I offer on a VW Jetta? They are asking $14,990. KBB recommends $12,970. I am going to buy on Saturday.

    Check what similar cars are going for on Autotrader.com.

    Print it out and show it to them. Then make an offer close to the lowest price you can find. Then gradually raise your offer $50-$100 until you reach your magic number.

    If they still won't budge, get up and leave. They will most likely stop you and agree to your price. If they don't, so what, there are thousands of cars for sale.
