What version of "Don't Let Me Down"?

I found a weird version of the song. It starts with Paul counting in "1,2,3,4" and during the opening riff right before the vocals come in, instead of hitting the ride cymbal, Ringo hits the crash. After the song, there's about 30 seconds of background chatter.

Where is this from? Thanks!

It could be from 'Let It Be...Naked'.

There were 2 versions of this album done. You can get the other version now as Let It Be "naked", but there are several studio outtakes floating around on various bootlegs as well.

It's on Let it be naked but it was on the anthology series first. Let it be naked is the let it be album without the crazy editing that Paul hated.
