Whats the point of life ? ?

The point of life is death - fruit is born, it grows and it falls to the ground and to any observer it looks dead but within the seeming decay the fruit finds its meaning as it gives rise to new life. We too have our time in the sun and though it may seem short and we may mourn its passing, we should not fear for this is but a part of the cycle of our existence.

One day if you go to the market place without any purpose or a need to be there. You will find there a jumbled mess of people everywhere out and about doing their own business, for their own good reasons and purposes to follow. You might never know what they are up to but you rest assured in your mind that are there not for nothing. This is a simplistic instance of life. And life in general is just like an ordered chaos, a controlled disorder, a meaningful mess of countless things.

We come here unprepared and ignorant of any of our need or purpose to be here. We are just here, in the market place where all things bid for our attention, the things we already watch and observing in wonder. Or sense of natural wonder then soon turn into hot pursuits of curiosity. And as we grow older we discover this world and find our way to things. We find this world to be a familiar a place, as we are from the world. We see various things that appeal to us, the things that we feel we need to have.

The point of life therefore is to find meanings in meaninglessness, order in disorder and a sense of purpose where there seem to be nothing but chaotic emptiness. This world would not be without us being at the first place, and within this point-of-view we are indispensible beings, nothing would have existed without us. Then if we do not learn to see, or have courage to see, all things the way we should see to the best of our ability then we are not truly alive, and the world is going regardless of us. The point of life is to have our own view of life.

Dont dwell about the existence of god because honestly NOONE knows about it no matter how much some people tend to claim to... Life is about the here and now so dont look forward to an after-life because u never know if there is one. Do everything you've ever wanted. If you have a Goal I suggest you follow it however try not to make it an impossible one. Be a good person, find someone who you Love and loves you for who you are, have children, settle down, get a good job, excpect the worst, understand that some people are Lucky and some people arent as lucky as others. Learn as much as you can about our world and its contents. spread your knowledge and wisdom to your children.

There are several thoughts here -

- There is an after life or spiritual reward for good behaviour/lining. If this is true then the purpose would be to excel and have a good life.

- There is nothing after death. Why bother? Depends on individual's mindset. Some will want to be the best; others will be content with little.

Life is give and take.

Most of us spend our lives taking. We want to have fun and enjoy ourselves as much as we can.

Life is also giving. We have been given the greatest gift of all, life. You can argue all day about where that gift comes from but that is hardly the point. The point is that each of us has something to give. Our talents, the things we have, our time. Sometimes no one wants what we have to offer. This is called loneliness.

We make up our own views to keep us entertained. Wars and politics are just dramas at a high level.

In reality, there is no point of life and life is empty and meaningless and empty and meaningless.

Life just IS or IS NOT.

You create your own point and meanings, or buy into anothers.

When this is realised, you can discover you have a blank canvas on which to paint whatever picture you want !!

It differs from person to person. basically though, the point of your life is to create the life set-up (job, location, thoughtforms etc) which bring youthe greatest happiness, fulfilment and success. I believe in the theory of the Holographic Universe: mainly, what you experience adds to the collective experience of everyone in the world. So if you succeed, then it adds to the collective success/joy/fulfilment etc of the whole of humanity.

Find the way of life which brings you your greatest success and means that you give your greatest positive contribution. THAT is the point of YOUR life.

Instead of asking others, you should ask yourself. What do you feel your purpose is?

To make a difference in the life of another?

To find eternal happiness?

To do something important that you will be remembered for?

Everyone has a different take on what is the meaning of life.

In my personal opinion the meaning of life is to assure you are happy and humble on your resting day so that you do rest. I think a lot of people take life for granted.

To fall in love, to observe a beautiful sunset, to fill you hart with noble emotion listening to beautiful music, to hold your first born, to wonder when watching tiny little ants busy, with discipline carrying their fodder for the winter months, or the the grace in the flight of a butterfly, and when at the end of your time, you wonder about all your life, certain of God existence, and its reasons for your magnificent journey in this world of wonders He reserved for us his privileged, and it is not yet over, until we will meet our Creator and finally understand the true meaning of WHAT IS THE POINT OF LIFE ?

It is to find out path and fulfill our destiny. I believe every person has a quest which he/she must accomplish; be it the quest of truth, of power, of spirituality. We all have some questions we want answered and this is the fact of life.
