how to stop calls from 502-569-1388?

i keep getting msgs for someone else from this number but you can't call it back and the message doesn't give the company or callers identification: there's no way to ask them to stop. i've reported it several times to the national do not call registry, nothing is working. does anyone know who this is or how to stop it?

    Almost everyone get these call.If you heard the call carefully it will say press 1 to never get disturbed and we Apologize.

    either change your number or put up with it till it stops.

    your telephone provider and have them block the number for you or ask them what you can do

    OMG! i have the same problem. from the same number. why is this happening? darn it!
