why is everyone so concern about Global warming?

Of course, because any book written thousands of years ago would have certainly considered the climatological effects of the Industrial Revolution and modern industry. What has modern science ever been right about?

I'm a devout Roman Catholic, and I wish everyone would read the Bible more, but I also wish the global warming scientists would do a better job with "their calculators and charts." The biggest problem with global warming is the panic-stricken fanaticism associated with it. People are so panicked about global warming because the global warming scientists have done a better job at public relations than they have at science. There's no grant money available to scientists who say everything is OK. The money goes to the people who claim global warming is a terrible disaster - a genuine crisis. Opposing scientists have a much harder time getting funded.

Global warming won't be the end of the Earth, from a theistic point of view or a scientific one.

Theists need to stop instilling fears into everyone with their fancy hellfire and fairy-tales and read a scientific journal once in a while.

Gee, maybe because I'd kind of like my grandchildren to be able to have a life...?

We don't use the bible for science, you know. If we did, we'd still think the sun orbited the earth, we'd think thunder was god being angry at us, and we'd think the universe was only 6,000 years old. That would be pretty stupid.

Im not concerned about Global Warming, in fact, i invite it. Most of the world deserves it anyway.

I'm not concerned about it. I believe the increasing temperatures are just ups and downs, as it's been proven already in history.

To answer the real question, media hype drives people into frenzies. That could lead to problems.

Can you show me a verse where it says that the world will not end in this manner?

It is very annoying that Christians are so unwilling to help with the work of making the world a better place.
