Oh it can get soo much worse... But yea thats totally SICK... I hate people, and that is one of the reason why when I get out of the army I am joining the police force.

They don't want to call it an accident... but it certainly wasn't intentional... WHAT???
Beating a child to death then tossing her body out to sea... I guess I don't know the definition of 'intentional' because that sure sounds like it was intentional to me.
I think we need to bring back public whippings in the town square, followed by a good old fashioned hanging.
