green american flag..?
ive seen at pictures that shows the american flag with green stripes instead of red stripes... but some of them it had the actual American flag flying and then that flag flying next to it.. what does it stand for??

It is still the American Flag. What you are thinking of is the subdued version of the flag patch that soldiers often wear into combat zones. The idea is that it more readily blends with the uniforms and therefore their surroundings better than the usual red, white, and blue. You do not need to see colors to recognize the flag.

red, white and blue= US flag.... not sure what u saw but it wasnt US flag
