Never ever use one of those, paid or not. The cleaning your registry thing is a big farce. Sooner or later whatever cleaner you use will make a mistake and render your computer inoperable. Instead go to pcstats.com Beginners' Guides way down on the right. Start with #78, I think, about services running on your computer. Then go back to the top and do what the guides tell you, except overclocking, and you will have a blazing fast computer, safely. They take you into the registry so be careful there.

What are you trying to clean out of your registry? It is not the safest place to prowl around in. Any of the name brand anti-virus companies such as Symantec have a registry cleanup program built into some of their suites.
Unless there is a specific reason to mess around with your registry, it is better to let it be.
Most of the "errors" in the registry are caused by maleware/viruses. If you prevent the issues to begin with by practicing safe computing and having proper anti-virus/anti-spyware, there is little in the registry that needs messed with on an ongoing basis.

don't use it unless you have dll problems that can't be fixed any other way, and always back up your registery before you do
here's a good paid one
