this probably will not fit your crock, but you can always bake it and refill the crock to keep warm as needed. And, it's Alton Brown.

    Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

    Alton Brown

1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach

11/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen artichoke hearts

    6 ounces cream cheese

    1/4 cup sour cream

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1/3 cup grated Parmesan

    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and serve hot.

Well the recipe makes 6-7 cups so you'll want to cut it by at least 3/4 that size. You'll be using only 1/4 of the amounts given in the recipe. So instead of 2 cans of soup for instance (which equals out to about 22 oz), you'll divide 22 by 4 (5.5 oz) and use that amount of soup (about half a can as opposed to 2 cans). Divide everything by 4 and you'll be fine.
