When writing a name as "last name, first name", where do you put the title, "Dr."?

I'm trying to put together a quick list of individuals for something in the format of "Last name, first name." If one person has a doctorate, where do you put the "Dr." when making a list in this format?

Update:

So you are saying it should be: Dr. Doe, John?
