why is it that atheists are said to believe (first in line) that the dajjal aka anti-christ is their god?

Update:

i know atheist does not believe in god. but when they really see the dajjal...they will believe dajjal's claim. most people will as he will claim to be god.

What is it about the definition of "atheist" that you have a hard time with? A-theist: no belief in god or gods.

So how can atheists have a god if they don't believe in one?

NO gods. Not one opposed to yours, not satan, not an anti-christ...NO GODS.

    Peace.

  • I never heard anyone say something like that. Atheism means non-belief in any god or supernatural being, so if a person really has a god, even the anti-Christ, he wouldn't qualify as an atheist.

  • It's called propaganda against atheists (or, indeed, anyone not of the religion in question), and it's been around for a while.

Things like that are usually said by shallow-minded christians. Christians hate the idea of people not thinking and acting exactly like they do.

An "atheist" does not believe in any deity.

I think you're mixed up with LaVeyan satanists.

I don't know. Neither christ nor his fictional counter part exist, and I don't believe in mythical creatures.
