I need to lower my triglycerides.?

Need suggests on things I can try. I'm looking for more than just change your diet and exercise. Though if you have diet ideas, please elaborate. I'm a very picky eater and the thought of going on a South Beach Diet is horrifying.

    Try cutting down on the amount of sugar you eat. Too much sugar will raise mine.
