What may be enjoyable or satisfying for one person may not be so for another. Some people get a charge out of accounting. It is well paid and has good prospects for the future. Another individual may find it boring to sit at a desk all day long and look at figures or financial data. If you are a people person then sales might be just the thing for you. It can be enjoyable, well paid and has good prospects. Advertising offers a number of jobs but they may not be for everyone. They can be fun but some jobs in the industry are high pressure with high levels of stress. Some thrive on that type of stress. My advice to you is to sit down and think about what you enjoy doing. Also think about your personality. Then start looking at different types of careers.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It really depends on who you ask. One of my friends who is a CPA works almost 60 hours/week depending on the time of year, he makes triple what I make, and he enjoys it. I, on the other hand, don't want to work more than 40-45 hours/week and I want a job that makes a positive impact on the world.

I think it really depends on what you find fun and interesting. I think even if you do get your dream job, there will be days that you really can't be bothered.
