Dude, I work at blockbuster, and I love killer clown movies as well.

Go to blockbuster and rent this new movie that just came out called "Amusement". It's awesome. I think you'll really like it, everyone ive recommended it too has really liked it as well.

Check the dark comedy Shakes the Clown. Also the Greatest Show on Earth. I think it was made in the 50's. It's about a traveling circus. jimmy Stewart plays an escaped convict who dresses as a clown to hide his identity. Good flick.

The closest resemblance to anything you said would probably be the movie "It." It's about a band of kids who try and support each other to try and capture or kill a clown. There is a scene where the clown is in a water drainage and a boy sticks his arm in there to get his paper sailboat back and i think the clown either bites him or allegedly rips off the arm.

Well, You already knocked down It, but there is The dark knight batman movie that came out recently. I hate watching clown movies, because even your average run of the mill clowns are creepy. I mean, what do they have to hide under all that makeup???? lolz But really, I don't know of any others. Sorry!
