someone rate my blissey please?

I'd say it's good. One thing you could do is to replace one of the moves with a move like Minimize, so if you keep using it, it will be hard for your opponent to be able to attack you without missing, which will be great added to your Blissey's high HP and the move SoftBoiled.

Stealth Rock

The only time My Blissey will ever get stuck with this moveset..is when I go up against a ghost or shedinja..or when seismic toss runs out.

pretty good 8 out of 10. But the main problem is your pokemon does not have a normal attack move. This is important not only because if you face a dark type you will be screwed(physic can not attack dark types) also when you attack with your own type a thing happens called stab which the attack it is increased by 1.5% one of the most over looked strategies in pokemon. Try body slam or some other normal attack. I would suggest getting rid of taxic but since you like it so much...

Teach it stealth rock instead of toxic

its really good!! but to make it better i think you shuld give it the item quick claw. it'll be much faster
