What are the legal requirements to start a tax free religious based ministry in Tx.?
I know someone that is using religion to get a tax free status. This person is running a business without paying any taxes. All in the name of our Lord. What are the laws that regulate someone to start a "ministry" and conduct business Tax free? This person just started a web site and claimed that she was ordained. Does that get tax free status?

I don't see why you have a problem with it, Christianity was partially designed to make the leaders very rich.
