Does anyone remember the blonde headed news anchor in Houston Texas from the 80's? ?
I believe she was on KRIV 26 before she left. I am thinking it was mid to late 80's but not sure.

You're being a little vague, so let me suggest an alternative for you:
Go to the news station's website, and look up names, articles, etc. from the archives. You can also most likely e-mail or phone them for that information, as long as you just need it for research. They'd give you her name, but not her address, etc.
Good luck - I'm sure you'll find it this way.

Let's be honest. Look at the male news anchors, especially the sports guys. Picture them as women. None of them would be put in front of the camera. They would lose ratings points. Ratings is what it is all about. For our local news station, one of the heaviest viewer call days, was the day that Pamela Martin changed her hair style or maybe it was colour. It was crazy. At the end of the day it is what people want to see. They want a pretty, perky face telling them about slaughters, and generalized mayhem. It's more than sad.
