Should Robert "Bullet Bob" Hayes be inducted to the NFL Hall of Fame?

I think he should be and it should have been done the first time around. Your opinions?

Update:

Thanks Nick, I knew he was. I guess the way I worded it made it look like I didn't.

Bullet Bob was finally inducted but not until after his passing. Did he deserve it? I think he should have been inducted years ago. He was an incredible player on a great team.

I really don't I know he was fast and played for some good teams. But in the 1996 and 1967 NFL title games he had one catch for 1 yard. The redskins Gary Clark (and the bears Wilie Gault a similar player) numbers were far more impressive and nobody even talks about them. Hayes was a nice player but in my book if played for anyone else no one would even consider him

Hayes was one of the first ex-track guys to play in the NFL. He never had great stats, his WR skills were limited, he was lucky to play on one of the more dominate teams of the era. Did he deserve to be in the HOF? No. Not in my book.

Absolutely. His speed lead to revolutionizing the game. He was a wonderful receiver.

he was kind of unique at the time he played so i yeah ,in that he changed how the game is played, he belongs despite his lack of enormous stats.
