What was the problem with the 2nd last point?

Why was federer arguing with the chair umpire? Did he want the ball to be called out since some idiot (obviously a fed fan) from the crowd shouted out or did he want the point to be replayed (I believe he was no where close to the ball)? He could have challenged it very well if he thought it was out.

Update:

thanks for the reply.

I'm quite sure someone from the crowd made a call since Pascal immediately made an announcement to the effect. Also, as the argument was going on between the 2, the crowd was booing either fed or pascal, most likely pascal.

If he wanted to replay the point that was crazy since I believe he was no where close to the ball. When he didn't use the challenge system I thought for once he decided against it since he's always been so much against the challenge system, but the ball was in for sure hence he decided not to use it.

he asked pascal maria to replay the point, cause he said that the chair umpire made a late overrule.-

he didn't challenge it cause he saw the ball was good, was he was complaining about was the fact that because of that late overrule he could have hitted the ball.-

but i guess the umpire decided that he couldn't, and they gave the point to rafa.-

was this the point you meant? cause i have mess in my head, i haven't slept in ages, hehe, and fed complaint more than once.-

Commentators said that someone called the ball out, Federer thinking it was a linesperson so he didn't attempt to hit the ball, than wanted to replay the point but the umpire wouldn't allow it so he just gave the point to Nadal.

But i think Federer was pissed off with the umpire anyway because a previous point was called out by a linesperson, than overruled by the chair umpire, than Federer overruled the umpire and used hawkeye and the ball was actually out. So Federer said something like "Make sure if you're going to over rule you get it right" And i think that upset him because his facial expressions were not very nice ones
