Can I do ROTC and play baseball?

Is that allowed or would the army or my coach not like that idea

    That depends on you.

I got my commission through the ROTC program at my college, and I ran track & field (indoor and outdoor) for all four years, and I had no problems with the time conflicts! Just make sure the coach and the Professor of Military Science know your plans, and they'll be glad to work out the bugs.

It is definitely possible. Many college athletes have played sports and participated in ROTC. Our former Chief of Staff, General Schoomaker, played football in college. It is most certainly going to take sound time management on your part and some understanding by your coaches and ROTC instructors...especially once ROTC starts becoming the focus of your college courses during your junior and senior years.

Best of luck to you. I am a ROTC Grad myself.

Your rather overreaching. Trying the carry a full course load, attend drill, Study, PT, and you want to squeeze in baseball???? There are only 24 hours in a day. You can't drill & be at some ball practice at the same time.
