What is it called when your union rep try's to throw you to the company to get something that benefit's themselves.
My union rep that work's in our department has designed a work schedule to suit his own need's, the only way his schedule works is by him putting 2 lower seniority associate's ahead of 2 senior.

strictly speaking, a union tries to benefit its rank and file through collective bargaining.
