I need help with an H & R Block question please?
Used H & R Block TaxCut for 05, 06 and 07, was audited for all 3 last year. There was no audit support like they claim....now what should I do? Sue them for my fees? I apparently owe over $5,000 to the IRS.

You can post a complaint at this website. It gets reviewed by experts so it does help to share your problem.

You were audited because you had questionable entries on your return. The software will do what you tell it to do. If you take deductions you are not entitled to, or that make no sense according to the IRS' years of monitoring returns, you will get audited.
Contact H&R Block about your audit situation. If you don't ask for the assistance, they can't give it to you. They do not know automatically that you have been audited.

They will cover fees just contact them and tell them the situation and if not you would win a lawsuit let them know its their choice
