Exercise and diet professional.?

I am motivated to change my diet and start getting more exercise in order to lower cholesterol and lose a little weight. What kind of professionals should I see to tell me what to do? I am only about 20 lbs overweight but my HDL cholesterol is too low indicating I need more exercise.

as a personal trainer, I suggest a personal trainer and a nutrirional coach. They will tell you everything that you need.

Also consistency is key little grasshopper. If you aren't consistent, then there is no use. Its going to be the hardest thing to do, but once you are in a habbit, then its going to be so much easier.

Remember, good habits are hard to make, but easy to live with, bad habits are easy to make but hard to live with.

    Good luck!

My pal, there is no longer something to sense embarrassment approximately. the final analysis is which you relatively choose to handle it. it rather is the perfect difficulty. i comprehend you're up there in weight for a girl your length, so dont attempt any rapid diets. you have further the pounds over years, so it is going to take it slow to return off. Take it slow and artwork it slowly. considering the fact which you're seen heavily obese, you will desire to have the means to get some help out of your doctor. I desire you success and save your head up.
