Is there anyone who is expecting a check from the IRS and have already received it?

filed and was accepted on Jan 16th, been checking the WMR site since and it to this minutes says it is unable to provide info on my refund. I am getting hot around the collar. Imagine the government setting up another $800 billion stimulas plan, but the money americans are waiting for is being held up by the IRS punks. The IRS is holding up the real stimulas plan "our Money". I depend on this money, using the IRS for a savings account so to speak. I purposily have more money taken from my wages for this savings account that the irs has for me. It's easier to save money this way instead of having control of it from day to day. WHERE'S MY #@$%!* MONEY!

I filed mine with tax act and its always been there on they day promised for the past 6 years. but not this time. I called the IRS and they say there is no problem it should be there on the 6th but no later than the 10th. I was originally expecting it on the 30th. ugghh! I know people that filed the same way as me and they have gotten theirs back 2 to 3 days early. Its got me a nervous wreck. Good luck to you-

I was supposed to get an electronic refund on the 30, never got it. I had it all filed through turbo tax and was submitted and accepted by the IRS on January 18. I STILL don't have any money. I called the IRS today and after 40 minutes of wait time, I was told that there was a huge glitch in the system and now it was repaired, I;d get my refund by Feb 13. I could have sent it in by snail and had it quicker than this. I am not happy. Turbotax shut down their website of LIVECHAT.....too many po'ed people, I think. The person who said she got a refund...tell me, was it a straight refund, electronically or by mail? Or was it refund anticipation loan. Email me please. Thanks

Yes I filed on the 16th and received it on the 30th.
