The other driver only carried insurance for up to $50,000. My daughters bill alone is over $90,000 due to a brain injury and being hospitalized for almost a month after the accident. That doesn't include the bills from my sons injury of a broken leg or my husband and I's ER visit. Our insurance is up to $300,000 so my question is, is this where underinsured kicks in? The other drivers insurance has agreed to settle for the $50,000 and we have a lawyer I just want to know what I can expect for a settlement? Ive been out of work since the accident due to my daughters brain injury.

I have a student loan in default. I owe about 6700. The irs offset my tax refund for 6100 so i now owe about 600. (my husband had a debt to pay also) Ive been talking with CTI who now has my account. They are telling me I can apply for a IRS Hardship and may get some of my refund back. How does this work? She sent me an application but even though I really need money at this time if I do it then I'll still owe more then the 600. Can someone tell me if theyve ever heard of this?

My stomach hurts as if i was in labor or something. I have been on the toilet about every 30 mins having diarrhea. I also have rotten egg smelling burps. Should i go to the ER or wait for the DR office to open on monday?

there was a train so i decided to take a different route. when i tried coming out of a side street some lady instead of waiting behind the street was blocking the street for me to get out of. there was a little room so i pulled in front of her turning left and told her to learn how to drive..im driving down the road and she turns around and follows me. so i pull over to see what her problem is and shes cursing me out telling me shes reported me to the police for pulling in front of her..i told her get back in her car and call the cops im not bothered..should i be worried the cops will pull me over if she called them?

I go to the community oral health because i have no insurance and they have no hygienist at this time. The doctor was so concerned he is having me back in a week to clean them himself. He said it is pretty bad so what can i expect in the future at the dentist?

there is no possible way another tooth could fit in my mouth..the gum behind my last tooth back there is very tender and swollen..it hurts to open my mouth all the way..Does this sound like a wisdom tooth? I can only go to my community oral health clinic and they do not make appts until you are seen as an emergency which is very hard to get into..will it just go away ?

Our taxes have been accepted through turbo tax. We know they should be offset due to back child support but are still expecting some leftover. Will the irs notify us of the offset or turbo tax? RIght now it says our check will be send around 2/6.

I am e-filing but do not have a bank account and have to go with the check through the mail. How long does it usually take?

My husband and i just got married in Aug of 08. We will be filing jointly this year and we know that he owes some back child support. Its not all of our return so we will be getting some back. Can we still do rapid refund or will we be waiting for our refund for a while?

does the non-custodial parent get that money if she is on welfare?

My husband owes 2,200 in back child support. I used the tax calculator on h&r block website and it says we would get 6100 back for a return. If i were to file an injured spouse form what portion would be mine and what would be his? he made 5,000 more then i did and we have 2 kids that are ours together. Or should we jus file and let them take the 2200?

and it only last for 3 days..i have my tubes tied i dont know if it has anything to do with it but has anyone ever had this? I cant go to the doctor because of no insurance..
