How Irish is Barak Obama?

Great little song "There's no one as Irish as Barak Obama" .. but how Irish is he really? Maybe 1/64th? Maybe?

    He's about 40% (if you round off). Most of his mom's ancestors were of Irish descent. There were just a couple who were English. Obviously his dad wasn't Irish

    Mr. Obama's mother, Ann Dunham had English, Irish, Dutch, French and German heritage. She was born Stanley Ann Dunham (an only child; father gave her the name Stanley because he wanted a boy) on

    November 29, 1942 in Ft. Leavenworth, KS, USA while her father was serving in the U.S. Army, and died November 7, 1995 (aged 52) in Honolulu, HI, USA of ovarian and uterine cancer.

    (So, I assume, depending on what percentage Irish his mother had, you'd divide by half).
