Are YOU having a Daytona 500 party?

Yes I am. Can't even wait!

I would if I was at the race, but when I watch it on T.V. I dedicate 100% of my undivided attention to scrutinize the race. I feel like i'm being short changed during commercials. When I put no demands upon my attention, then I party, like after the race. I guess old habits die hard. Racing is more like business to me. Sorry if I sound like a party pooper. Some people say i'm too serious. I like the technical aspect of motorsports. It's more than a spectator thing to me.Now the Bud Shootout, that's a little more kick back.

somewhat. i plan on ordering a few Domino's Pizzas, and i plan on DVD recording the Daytona 500. i also will get a few 2 liter bottles of Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and Mountain Dew. i'm also going to cook up some hot-wings. i currently have a bag of hot-wings ready to be cooked for the Budweiser shootout for this Saturday. i also have one of those chairs you take to a sporting event or take with you when camping, and i have that right in my bedroom. that's the chair i sit in while watching my Nascar races. everyone has that one chair they like to sit in at home, well the sporting good / fold-up chair is my chair.

i'll be watching the race on my 20" LCD tv.

No, unfortunately I have to work the day of the 500 which stinks. I will get off in time to see the last 50 or so laps depending on how quick the race goes. So unfortunately I will not hosting or attending this year.

Well heck yeah. I have all the beer,chips,dip,burgers,and hot dogs bought all ready. Me and my buddies installed a stripper pole in my workshop and we hired 3 strippers to dance while we try to look at the race. It will be awesome. Go Tony Go

Just partying with these guys this year. I went to the Rolex race instead so I will be home, chillin and speaking my nonsense of course.. lol All in good fun..

I always have a blow out party. BBQ, BEER/Soda, and what ever people bring. Then watch the race in HD on my 52 inch screen with surround sound!
