My email requires a log in with Microsoft Office Outlook Server 2003.?
I have Windows XP. Each time I log in I can read email but if I reply or attempt to compose I get "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." A large white window then appears and will not close forcing me to shut down my computer manually. This occurs whether with IE 6,7 or 8. I don't have this problem with firefox but cant access all of the features that are available with IE. If I use firefox on Lexis.com. for legal research, I can not print anything, even though the print utility from Lexis was downloaded. The same type message appears and each time you reopen and attempt to print you shut down again. Neither microsoft nor firefox have ever posted any solutions nor taken care of the problem for well over a year. Can anyone tell me how to fix these problems? I have no viruses or other problems with the computer and only these two sites have any problems.

well I used to have that problem a long time ago and don't rightly recall how I got past it, the interesting thing is that u state it only happens on those 2 sites so I assume it works fine on all other web pages/sites? mine was doing it randomly would work fine then bam it's stuck (same message seen it too many times to forget)
for me I think I just kept poping the windows disk in and reinstall, also went to http://www.microsoft.com/ and got the latest version IE
also if this is a recent problem u would want to try a resore point when it did work properly (restore only messes with window files none of ure files or ure programs) u can find it in the control panel under the 'backup and restore' option
if u want to discuss it further click my pick and send me an email, ok?
hope it helps or points u in a direction, cya
