Were can i find out how much psi my pistons can handle before it starts damaging the engine?

Or what unit do you need to know that damages the engine (I wanna find out if i can put a turbo on my car without blowing it)

Its a 1990ish Mitsubishi V6 3.0L SOHC 12-valve out of a 90 Dodge Daytona.

    It's not pistons that have trouble with turbos it's connecting rods and bearings.
