Super Bowl 23 San Francisco 20 Cincinnati 16 was a close and competitive contest. Joe Montana with the game winning drive. Both Pittsburgh 21 Dallas 17 Super Bowl 10 and Pittsburgh 35 Dallas 31 Super Bowl 13 were better.

I would rank it up there as one of the top Super Bowl's ever, but not THE best. Last year was probably the best, especially with the Patriots going for the perfect season, not to mention the Giants were actually underdogs in their game as the Steelers were favored. After that game it would probably be the Tennessee Titans vs. St. Louis Rams when Kevin Dyson was tackled at the 1 yard line by Mike Peterson as time expired.

this wasn't a miracle. the Steelers were supposed to win the game anyway. the Harrison interception was because of a bad throw and good blocking by the Steelers defense. If the steelers would have lost, then that would be pathetic, "and the arizona cardinals have just won the superbowl" yeah right. David Tyree's catch took a lot more skill and was in a pressure situation. last years superbowl was 100 times better.

i'm going to go with superbowl 42, even though im a pats fan, and it was excruciating to watch the giants win... you gotta give credit where it's due.

the harrison 100 yd return was a great play, but the david tyree catch against the helmet was a more impressive play.

how is this even a question...the giants-pats was the best ever...the story lines with an undefeated season and strahan retiring...the markets (ny and boston)...tyree was the best catch ever in super bowl...holmes was a good catch but if he misses it he is the goat...if tyree doesn't hold on, next play...the giants whooped on brady all game knocking him down, hitting him, sacking him, and hurrying him, they outplayed the pats and won...did the steelers really outplay the cardinals? no, they did not...the game didn't become exciting until the 4th quarter...the whole game of the giants and pats I was on the edge on my seat...never have i rooted for a team so hard that wasn't my team (giants)...that game was not only the best superbowl but one of the best championship games in all of sports!!! GO REDSKINS!!!

Greatest game ever. Santonio Holmes catch was the best catch ever. Tyree had a nice catch, but it only extended a drive, Holmes won the Superbowl with his!!!
