How long will it take for Obama to make up legislation so he can run for potus for life?

He needs to consult with Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro first. Then get the Supreme court to amend the Constitution to get rid of the FDR amendment that limits the term of a president to two.

It takes several years to develop an amendment, get it passed through Congress and then be ratified by enough states. It would take an amendment to repeal the 22nd Amendment. Obama will be a one-term President, and less effective than even Carter.

he does not have to make it up..it already exists as one of Dubya's unconstitutional executive orders that has yet to be reversed by the Obama administration...NSPD 51...the martial law order that declares the standing president as the 1st dictator in US history....congress does not even have a chance to review the order until 6 months after it is declared...after 6 months of martial law...I doubt there will even be a congress.
