deleting software that has viruses in quarantine.?
if you delete a program that has caught malware and put it in quarantine would the malware be released back on comp if you uninstall the program.

If you uninstall the program in the proper way, it should also delete the quarantine folder !
But why wait, go into your program and use the option to permanently delete the files in the quarantine vault !
NOTE: Do this only if your computer works well without these files
