Can you help me with my Excel problem?

Is there a way to move data from cells in subsequent rows (i.e column A, rows 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5) and move it to the same row in adjoining columns (i.e row 1, column A, B, C, D & F)?

Use your mouse and highlight all the cells you want to move. Click on Edit menu (top of screen), chose "cut." Then move mouse to a cell in the next column. Go back to Edit menu and chose "Paste."

Example: your data is cell A5, A6, A7, A8. You want data moved to cells C5, C6, C7 and C8. Highlight, Cut, and when you paste, click mouse in cell C5. Data will move to new cells.

Select your data, and press CTRL + X to cut, or CTRL + C to paste the data. Then select the top row of where you want to put it and press enter.

Interesting...you're trying to effectively invert the data over an auxiliary line, y=x. I'm sorry I don't know the answer though.
