Viewing bills online?

Is there a site anyone can link that allows me to view full bills online that are trying to get passed in the house and senate? I want to look up Obamas Stimulus plan he plans to pass through congress amongst other bills trying to get passed. And please no garbage far left or far right sites that only offer partial information on bills and could be misleading. I wish to view the entire bill and come up with my own opinion on the matter.

The answer, for now, is no. During the campaign, Obama promised a transparent government. All bills will posted on the White House web site 5 days for public comment before he would support or sign them. I'm sure he meant well. He will probably tell us the same thing again in three years during his re-election attempt.
