Book recommendations for book club.?
Love to have a discussion about race, perceptions, prejudices, if possible.

Could you tell us what age group you have? It might help us better pick books for you.
Have you read Ralph Ellison's "Invisible Man?" Can't get much more about race, perceptions and prejudices than that.
I also just finished "Water for Elephants" which is about partially perceptions and prejudices. It's about the circus, so there's a hodgepodge of different nationalities and cultures, and it's a fantastic book.

I think Pride and Prejudice would be a good a good book. Also, War and Peace would be awesome. But, let me warn you, they are super long. And if you don't get the right copy of War and Peace, you'll be puzzled at almost every paragraph .
