We have stone steps and a stone wall outside the home. There is a space between the step and the wall where I'm afraid water gets in. What can I put there to prevent water from getting down in there? Outdoor caulk? sand?

Is it ok to park your car in a lot in that area? Safe to walk around at night?

I want to add casein before bedtime to increase muscle. I don't have big goals of bulkiness, I just want some muscle and lose some fat. I know casein is a milk protein, so what is the difference between taking a casein shake vs. eating cottage cheese vs. drinking a glass of milk? How much casein should I take before bedtime without taking in too many calories?

I am appauled by the injustice in the US justice system. No one denies that it was wrong for the 6 kids to beat up 1 kid even after he was unconscious, no matter what that one kid said. But attempted murder? Come on!

I was told I need to run the generator until all the gas is used up. Is that necessary? Can I just put some stabil in and leave it?
