do light weights with high reps. go for 15-20 reps with 55% of your one rep max. boxing is a real good fat burning sport as well as running and riding a bike. the key is to your diet with your exercise program. My email address is below if you would like some additional help with a workout program. here someadvice on how to plan your meals.
By zigzagging your caloric intake, you will allow periodic BMR adjustments to take place. You do this by having high calorie days followed by lower calorie days. What happens is your caloric intake decreases and caloric burn increases, body fat percentage drops correspondingly. But so does your BMR. Then, to force BMR back to normal level, you begin eating normally for a brief period of time. After that your body fat level begins to rise again, but not as high as it was at the beginning. Then you lower your caloric intake again’ down goes your body fat. Once again not as high as it was before, and by doing so you are tricking your body. This process continues until your body fat is at healthful levels. You simply cannot just keep going down, down, and down, losing bodyfat because your BMR does not have time to adjust. When your fat loss efforts become harder, you will get discouraged and binge out and get; fat again.
The important key to the entire process is weight training. Without the weight training, your lost weight will be from lean muscle, not only fat. Do not try to lose fat too quickly. Even with weight training, starvation diets will cause too much muscle loss rather than sheer fat reduction. Weight training stands out as the best method there is for insuring that gradually lost weight will come from fat stores and not hard won muscle tissue. In fact, aerobic training alone will reduce your lean body mass and drop your BMR. This means you need to exercise to burn more calories. On the other hand, if you gain 5 or 10 pounds of muscle, you are burning more calories all the time, even when you are sleeping. You can further help your fat loss by reducing your daily calories by only two calories per pound of lean body mass. Calorie reduction should not come from protein and only minimally from complex carbohydrates. Remember that a pound of fat contains 3,500 calories and a pound of muscle contains approximately 2,500 calories.

Learn a few basic mat exercises. ( sit ups, crunches, push ups, leg lifts, squats.. etc) And buy some light weights ( 5-10 kg) and learn to do some basic sets. Do weights once a week, fairly strenuously, and mat exercises every night, ( with a break every fourth night to begin with)
That will give you something to tone, also, you might like to consider jogging or some other sport instead of mat exercises one night a week... It will give you a bit of variety, and some cardiovascular fitness, rounding out your overall physique.

Boxing will make you gain muscle because you are using your arm muscles very streneously.
Exercises that you can do without gaining too much muscle include yoga and pilates, and other light exercises like that.
Good luck. :)
