How do I run a regression analysis in Excel for Office 2007?

I know I have to open the Data Analysis dialog box, but I can't figure out how to do that. Can you help me? It's for homework so I really need to know.

The data analysis toolbar does not load in Excel 2007 unless you

1 Double click the office button

    2 Choose Excel Options

3 Select Addins and choose the Analysis Addin and Add

This then produces the Tools Addin Dialog box from 2003

You don't need to install Office 2003. There's an option in Excel 2007 where you can choose the default saving format. In that section you can choose "Microsoft Office Excel 1997-2003" as the default xls format. The same thing works for MS Word.
