The pattern for losing weight is simple - eat less and exercise more often - the difficulties surface when we really try to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations in the big wide world aren't there?! The only method that really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I melted away 30 pounds, it really does produce success!

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
