I am interested in how much MSW (Social Workers) make in Houston. I've looked at salary websites and the range of salaries is quite big. I'm looking into social work in the medical field. I was wondering if someone can share how much one makes.
I work as a teacher now making about $45K a year. Is it better stay in teaching?

Between $42,000 and $62,000. $55,000 is about average as a medical social worker. Salary.com is pretty accurate in my area.
