well it depends on ur budget...
im skinny (size xs/0) and 5'3". i usually go for betsey johnson cuz most of her stuff is rly cute and young and fun, however the price range is from 200 - 500. u can also find rly good stuff at forever21, but its not that great quality and u can tell u bought it for $20 usually. go to a boutique near u. nothing toooo popular or else u may hav the same dress as someone else.
o yeah, u can also do bcbg, but some of their stuff is old looking and long.
bebe's rly good. moderate prices. short, a little sexy, and small sizes.
