. Yeah, What makes you think no one owns or cares for those cars?
Just because there not kept in someones living room. Car owners rarley have the time to sit on their cars waiting for someone like you to show up. They may be abandoned, and they may be availible, but you may be stealing, and you could very well wind up sorry in the long run...God help the someone who decides to liberate me from my stuff! Before you take anything off those cars think about someone removing your arms or legs without your permission
Do it the right way, do a property search, contact the owner, ask nicely, or be a $2 theif that any self respecting mother would be ashamed of.... And If they are free, Get ahold of me!!!! I'll be on my way to Tennessee...... What are they anyway????
P.s. If you don't know, your probley not worthy of them...

Yes you should contact the city. I love cars and that's why I'm suggesting it. See who the property is owned by and if there is a contact person...get in touch with them and see if you can buy one of the cars. Nothing worst than putting years ad life into something that's not totally yours; how would you feel if someone sued you after you too the time and finished restoring one of those rides? Just make a couple of calls and do it the legal way.

I think that's good advice, but what you'll find is that you're really just a self-absorbed greedy twit. The cars aren't abandoned. They're stored in a fenced lot. And they're not yours.
Just drive all over town, you'll find lots of other things you want, that people don't use. You can't have 'em.
